Chiropractic Care

Koren Specific Technique (KST) is a form of chiropractic adjusting which is used to find the exact area of subluxation. Without pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, or cracking, we use this method to specifically adjust areas of the body that are out of position.

 KST is an empirical and vitalistic approach to analyzing the body. The method of adjusting is gentle, comfortable, and precise and allows your body's individual and unique concerns to be expressed and addressed in order of importance.

Many of our patients report increased energy, and a sense of return to their natural state of being. Removing interference in the nervous system can help us to feel like ourselves again!

Craniosacral therapy is a soothing, non-invasive hands-on therapy. In it we address the brain, the cerebrospinal fluid, the system of membranes inside the cranium, all 22 cranial bones, the spine and the sacrum. The contacts are gentle and precise helping the client to feel more aligned and more at home in themselves and in their body.

Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Exercises and stretches that are specific to your body may be suggested to help you maintain balance.
